Eric, the CEO of ERIS Entertainment,  has been a lawyer for over 40 years, an award winning film producer, author of several books and was the CEO of Interactive Entertainment Technology for five years. He is also the co-founder and CEO of an educational non-profit, the Ubuntuworks Project, that expands communication around the world in ways that connects people working on creative educational, corporate and community development projects.

Eric lectures nationally and internationally on legal or justice issues and cross cultural connectivity. He contributed to the dialogue on the new Constitution in South Africa, serving as an appointed UN sponsored election observer at President Mandela’s election and he coordinated an international monitoring Project of the South African Truth and Reconciliation Commission, working directly with Archbishop Desmond Tutu. He represents musicians, and has served as both a manager and business manager for artists and musicians.

Chris has received nearly 50 Platinum and Gold Album Awards from the RIAA for his marketing contributions to the world's most recognized recording artists. He has consulted for entertainment powerhouses like Sony, Universal, Warner, and Disney.

With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Giannini's marketing initiatives and promotional strategies have generated millions of consumer impressions and garnered media coverage from outlets such as Good Morning America, FOX News, CNN, and The New York Times.

For his successful branding efforts with top casino gaming companies, Chris has been hailed as "one of the most influential and effective entertainment marketing & promotion consultants to the casino gaming industry." His entertainment industry connections and campaigns have greatly benefited companies like MGM, Caesar's Entertainment, and Hard Rock Casinos.

Harry was a Managing Director of LCatterton (PE fund of LVMH with USD 30bn AuM) from 2016-2021. During his time he was the head of the operations team in Asia, and manged the investment team in Oceania. Given is expertise he was the key person within LCatterton for digital transformation and investment in this area

From 2011 to 2016, Harry co-founded and led Zalora Group, the largest ecommerce fashion platform in Southeast Asia and Australia/NZ, which sold for U$750m in 2016.

He began his career in investment banking in 2002 and eventually joined McKinsey & Company for 9 years, mainly serving clients in the tech sector. He was a major contributor to the valuation book, "Valuation: Measuring and Managing the Value of Companies."

Harry holds an MBA from the University of Nuremberg, Germany, which a major in Finance.
